Gunther Hauk has recently begun the new project at spikenard farm to continue his work as a biodynamic gardener and bee keeper. His attention to the work of Rudolph Steiner and his projections regarding bee populations is helping to establish an awareness of the plight of the bee.
His book, Toward Saving the Honeybee, is a must read for anyone interested in becoming either a bee keeper or simply keeping their own supply of honey flowing.
Remember, you can keep bees on the 17th floor in NYC and at the veery least, plant some flowers!!
